  “Very poor customer service at the Enterprise Dundas Street location. Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and my call was even hung up on instead of resolving the issue. Extremely disappointing experience management seriously needs to review this branch

  The staff at the Dundas location in london ontario are very profesional. The guy called Patrick is a super staff. He helps everyone with a lot of intégrity. Calling back when he promises. He can also multi task the way i have never seen. Dealing with multiply phone calls while attending to a long line of clients. Keeping calm under presure. This guy is good. Then there is Shaib or Shuayib (not sure how to spell it but that is what i hear people call him). Very friendly guy. Always ready to assist clients. This is particularly satisfying because my experience at the 500 oxford street west in london ontario was not the same.

  Does anyone work at this location? I’ve now tried to call for 2 days in a row - yesterday I eventually got through but the guy who answered was laughing so hard when he picked up the phone he couldn’t even say hello - then hung up on me.

  Well everything was good when I rented the 2025 Jetta. I asked them if that car have winter tires and they said, none of their cars winter tires. Employee (I believe it was the manager) offered me damage waiver for 20$ and I put 100$ deposit. Fast forward I returned the car and everything was nice, I checked my visa to see if my deposit returned; no it didn't. I called enterprise today and someone told me that it was 20$/day. They never told me that it was 20$/day, they definitely had it in their terms and conditions but who read through each and everything. The guy said it was 20$ and not 20$/day. I remember I was told that I will get my deposit back when I return the car with same amount of fuel. When I returned the car, I asked about the deposit and they said they don't need my card and it will be done online. BE CAREFUL, WHOEVER IS TAKING DAMAGE PROTECTION. IT'S 20$/DAY, They are not going to tell you but later pretend that they told you and put everything on terms and conditions.

  My recent experience with Enterprise was extremely disappointing. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and showed no interest in providing proper customer service. I was spoken to with attitude, and my concerns were brushed off rather than addressed. This is not the level of service I expect from a well-known company. Customers deserve respect and clear communication, not hostility. I will seriously reconsider using Enterprise again if this is how customers are treated.
