The staff were super friendly but be aware that if you want a ride back to your house you have to be back one hour before they close.

We were stressed because we crashed our car due to the terrible snowstorm and the insurance company sent us there. They gave us a nice SUV even though we had a car before. I felt so much safer in this vehicle and it gave me piece of mind and eased my stress. He was super caring and asking about how we were doing. It was super easy to pick up and drop off and we were greeted with a smile. The manager (I think she was) was so so friendly and spoke to me as if I knew her all my life! I will definitely go back here if I need to rent another car.
