We unfortunately waited an hour for our car because an employee who initially helped us, left sick and didn't communicate to her team. When that happened and I brought it to their attention, they immediately found us a car, an upgrade with winter tires, no less. This car saved us when we were caught in a snowstorm. When we returned the car with extra gas, we were also given a card for a free upgrade for our next rental (from Adam). Everyone there were kind and courteous, dispite it being very busy and they really all tried their best. So it's honestly the only place I will rent from in the future! Thanks again.

G is my man usually but this time A woman named Simar unaware of their policies about my private insurance informs me that I can’t rent as my insurance supposedly not valid or approved. Then comes a gentleman who told her that it’s not true and let me rent my vehicle. Please please train your staff or hire people who knows customer service.

When I had trouble with a car they first offered, they swapped me out to a nice BMW. I'll happily continue to rent from this location in the future.
