  I have rented from this location on two different occasions and both times have been amazing. All the staff are great and make the process smooth and easy. I definitely recommend them to everyone who is in need of a rental. 10/10!

  I rent from Enterprise almost every week, and this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at this location. 1. During the recent snowfall, I realized the vehicle I was given did not have winter tires. As someone who rents frequently, especially in the winter, this raised safety concerns. Driving in snow without proper tires is risky, especially on the highway where stopping distance matters. 2. When I returned the car on November 12 around 5:20 PM, I was overlooked by two different employees. The first employee looked at me, did not acknowledge me, and then greeted another customer who arrived after I did. When I asked about it, the conversation became tense, and I was told I “needed to do better.” A second employee came in and did the same thing, acknowledging and greeting someone who came in after me while I was still waiting. When he finally addressed me, he made assumptions about who I was with, even though I entered alone. As someone who rents here almost weekly, it was disappointing to experience what felt like a pattern of customers who arrived after me being prioritized. I hope this feedback helps the location improve consistency and customer service going forward. I felt absolutely disrespected!

  This Enterprise branch on Horton & Wellington is truly exceptional and easily deserves five stars! The location and the rental car itself were immaculate—a level of cleanliness you rarely see. The entire process, from booking to pickup to drop-off, was incredibly smooth and efficient. The real difference-maker is the outstanding team. Every employee was friendly, helpful, thorough, and worked with genuine smiles. Their service is vastly superior to big airport locations (like Toronto Pearson). If you need a reliable car and professional, pleasant service, look no further. Highly recommend!

  Absolute riot of employees. I loved my experience. Zach was super customer care oriented and made sure that everything was set up for me. If you need assistance getting set up with rental I suggest the lovely Zach and his crew of teammates. They are a first name basis. Nothing like excellent quality service. Zach deserves a raise. Thank you for all your help.

  I just had the absolute worst experience with this company. I called this morning to book a reservation. I spoke with a female who told me what documents to bring. I ubered over to this location and at first Zack or Zach was willing to work with me regarding the deposit. I tapped the card to pay for the rental vehicle. I realized that the funds of the uber were still reflecting on my available balance. I went outside and got a friend to send me the amount I was short. When I went back inside Zack refused to continue with the rental and said he’d be “breaking the rules”. If that happens as the case then why would it have been offered in the first place? Enterprise wasted my time, money, and resources as they did not disclose the entirety of the process before I arrived. I would never recommend this company or especially this location to anyone. Life is stressful enough and they surely didn’t make anything easier. Utilize your hard earned money elsewhere.
