    Warning take extensive photos or video of your rental. They made a false damage claim against me for plastic damage that was clearly old missing plastic piece that was missed when we did our super fast walk around which they only checked the paint. He said the plastic chunk wasn't listed on his tablet so I am liable since I am the last user. Beware of these Scammers

    Booked a Dodge Durango (6 seats required) for 9 days through Costco Travel. Arrived for pickup and was told the vehicle wasn’t available—no apology, no effort to find one, and no upgrade offered. The rep actually instructed me to cancel my reservation and rebook a smaller car myself. This derailed our family plans. Then, during the walk-through, the agent used condescending, fear-based language to upsell insurance. Enterprise needs to honor reservations, empower staff to solve problems, and teach basic courtesy. Will never return.

    I had a confirmed reservation for a minivan with Enterprise, and less than 24 hours before pickup they called to tell me the vehicle was no longer available. Their explanation was that the previous renter "decided to extend," and they could do nothing about it. What's the point of a reservation if it isn't honoured? Especially, that I visited their location and confirmed with them the availability before booking. This last-minute cancellation completely disrupted my plans, cost me time and money, and put my business in a difficult position. There was no real attempt to fix the situation, they tried to offer a smaller vehicle that doesn't matchwhat I reserved, and no sense of responsibility for the impact this caused. If you rely on your reservation - especially for work, travel, or important events - be careful. My experience showed that even a confirmed booking at this location doesn't mean you'll actually get the vehicle you planned for

    I recently picked up my car from Enterprise, and the experience was great! They have a wide range of vehicles to choose from, and I really appreciate the flexibility of being able to drop off the car at a different location — super convenient. Robin assisted me throughout the process and was incredibly kind and helpful. Excellent service overall!

    I'll start by saying its my fault for not checking before dropping the car off. I rented a Mazda 3 for 5 days and my son had left a few toys in the center console. I call in the next day and was informed the car had been rented. When the car came back there was nothing in the center console and was informed the persons who rented it didn't see anything which seems rather suspicious as I remember seeing them in there before I brought it to be dropped off. They called me and told they won't do anything because I didn't pay the extra through them
