Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were told upon arrival that the car was not available because the previous renter hadn’t returned it yet. We were asked to wait at least 30 minutes, which put us in a very stressful situation. We had no choice but to book an Uber so my partner wouldn’t miss his interview. Even after that, the car still wasn’t ready until 5:29 PM. What made this experience worse was the lack of accountability—no apology, no compensation, nothing—for the inconvenience and stress this caused. I will never book at this location again. The airport location has always provided smooth transactions and professional, respectful service, which made this experience even more frustrating in comparison. AND PLEASE ALWAYS TAKE A VIDEO/PHOTO OF EVERYTHING BEFORE DRIVING.
