When you show up to pick up your vehicle they will tell you they don't have anything and then try to put you in something sub par.This has happened to me twice in a row now at this particular branch.. Still not sure why they take reservations even when you think you are doing the right thing by booking well in advance. If you really don't care what vehicle you get then i'm sure Enterprise can find you something to get you on the road.

- TETamer EbeidNov 14, 20251.0I had a confirmed reservation for a minivan with Enterprise, and less than 24 hours before pickup they called to tell me the vehicle was no longer available. Their explanation was that the previous renter "decided to extend," and they could do nothing about it. What's the point of a reservation if it isn't honoured? Especially, that I visited their location and confirmed with them the availability before booking. This last-minute cancellation completely disrupted my plans, cost me time and money, and put my business in a difficult position. There was no real attempt to fix the situation, they tried to offer a smaller vehicle that doesn't matchwhat I reserved, and no sense of responsibility for the impact this caused. If you rely on your reservation - especially for work, travel, or important events - be careful. My experience showed that even a confirmed booking at this location doesn't mean you'll actually get the vehicle you planned for
