Original review: All they had to do was replace a broken window and surrounding trims after a break in. There was also a gouge above door handle from the broken window, just needed a quick fill and paint. When I picked up the car I had to pay $1000 deductible in person, contrary to what I was told by insurance. They then handed me a Honda key instead of my Nissan key. Once I got the correct key, went to the car to find it was buried under a foot of snow, had to brush the snow off myself, then drive over a snowdrift. On the way home I noticed the window replacement was missing the tint to match what was on the original window and what is on the other windows. When I tried to adjust the heat vent I noticed a component was broken, all slats were moving individually not together. When I got home I did a thorough inspection to find that while some trim pieces outlined in the work order were replaced, several were not and still showed damage. A horizontal scrape was present on both drivers side doors, which clearly happened at the body shop as that had just been painted. The rear driver external unlock button is no longer operational. The driver side mirror had been replaced, despite not having damage, and not being included in the original job. This addition to the repair inflated not only the cost for the parts but recalibration costs. The next morning, once the snow was fully melted off the hood various scrape marks could be seen on the hood from something or many things being pulled along its surface. The clear neglect shown, regardless of their excuses of being short staffed and overworked, are unacceptable. Overall they failed to complete the work they were paid to do, did unnecessary replacements to inflate the bill, and damaged components of the car outside the scope of their job on other parts of the car. Don’t go here. As this was a leased vehicle and needed to be returned to Nissan a week after I got it back, these items were not remedied beforehand. I’m still waiting for the full itemized damage report from Nissan, which I then anticipate a long battle fighting with insurance and the body shop to get this sorted out, possibly incurring even more fees from Nissan. Save yourself the time, money, and trouble.

  We recently had our van in due to an accident and to say the service was above and beyond isn’t enough. Chris and his team were so easy to work with and when we had a small issue he solved it right away. Customer service is something that’s important and we experienced it to the max with Assured Automotive. If you ever find yourself in a position like we did and Assured Automotive is an option I would definitely recommend it. Thank you so much Chris and team !!!!
