  The pickup was easy. The counter-person was friendly. They had the correct car class I wanted - intermdiate AWD SUV. It was a relatively recent car. Everything worked. Drop off in Montreal was also easy.

  Owen - was amazing.. was there when I arrived and and when I departed. Communication was on point. The vehicle- mint esp driving in the blowing snow.. Definitely will use Alamo at London International Airport again.
