  Great friendly staff, very fair, everything was explained clearly, great choice of vehicles, clean vehicles, and again staff was great.

  We had a Mazda SUV, a 2025 nice riding good features with space we needed for skis etc. On day 3 of our rental we had a warning of low oil pressure not corrected by adding a quart of oil. Fortunately we were in a city with Enterprise outlet but not where we rented (80 km away). They had no replacement vehicle available, sent us to Midas to have oil pressure issues addressed and there was NO oil in the car and the wrong oil filter. Driving it to Midas was about 5 km away and the vehicle was hazardous to drive with acceleration decreasing from stops to almost nothing. We limped to Midas who did a full service filling oil and filter. They recommended switching away from the vehicle. The next day we exchanged after a return trip to Lindsay from Orillia. The second vehicle was a Ford Edge. It was very substandard with the display screen heat adjustment as a tiny icon located bottom of the screen centre and low to drivers view. It was very cold weather and adjustment was needed while driving. Fortunately a passenger was on board to do this as driver distraction would have made it very hazardous. There were no snow tires. Snow brushes in both cars were puny not suited for our weather. No digital speedometer. Centre console difficult and awkward. I would never accept such a vehicle again and we had it for over four weeks until ours was fixed. The Enterprise attendant in Lindsay was very attentive. I was not pleased with the Orillia attendant who seemed unconcerned and sent us off to resolve it on our own.

  Excellent experience. Pick up and drop off were very, very smooth and easy. The car was clean full of fuel and they attendant made sure to go over the inside of the car with me in detail as well as the outside. I’ll definitely be using Lindsay Enterprise again. I wish that I could make it more than five stars.

  Customer service representatives get 5 stars. Living in rural Ontario and getting a vehicle without SNOW tires is ludicrous. To be given the excuse that it is not government mandated to have snow tires is ridiculous. Safety should be top priority. Also a large truck with no running boards made it extremely difficult to get in and out of. Having to be up at 4am to go for surgery while it was snowing with no snow tires added unnecessary stress. Be forewarned if renting in the winter months.
