They weren’t even close. At this point, I was being very nice and I asked them to put the right rotors in their delivery car. I’m just deliver the right ones to me as the front brake pads on my truck are almost metal on metal so I didn’t want to drive it she was very rude and she said I can’t help you. I said please she said no you need to come in here you need to return them ones and buy the right ones. She wasn’t sure if the price was going to be different and she was not very nice to me so that upset me so I my truck I go and when I went there, I called Canadian tire on my way there, Canadian tire $78 cheaper for probably better parts so I just wanted my money back. I’ve attached a video saying I’m screaming. You can clearly see in the video. I’m just loud I’m just talking. I’m frustrated. She phone 911 on me instead of giving me my money back , this is a very nice lady and I feel terrible but I wouldn’t be leaving her alone. She’s having a bad day and took it out on me. So let’s get this straight when you buy parts there and they give you the wrong parts. They clearly tell you it’s your problem not theirs and then they hang up on you. Worst customer service I’ve experienced and I would never buy parts from these people ever again.
