- HHHooger7Nov 3, 20251.0They over tightened my drain plug the previous visit. this visit, I arrived for an oil change, they stripped the bolt. I am now on the hook for an oil pan replacement. I’ve taken my vehicle there a couple times for the last couple oil changes. They were the last people to touch this component. Drain plugs do wear over time, but when the threads come out with the bolt, this was definitely cross threaded or the installer torqued the bolt way past the torque specs. No compensation at all. Very disappointing.
