  I have used the Leamington Enterprise Location a number of times now, I will continue to use them, service is always excellent! Guys are just great to talk to, can’t recommend them enough!!

  Everyone was kind, friendly and very accommodating. They made sure I had a vehicle waiting at the body shop for me when I first had my accident and allowed me to leave it at the dealership when I picked up my new car. This ensured that I got to keep my independence and dignity, while also being very convenient. I never felt stranded or like I had to ask for rides or pay a taxi, which is invaluable to me. The two vehicles I was given were both clean, newer, reliable and nice to drive (unfortunately I needed a rental for almost 3 weeks dealing with insurance, so had to switch at one point as my first rental was sold). It was a pleasure to deal with them and I’ll certainly look to Enterprise first for any future rentals. I’ll certainly tell anyone I know the same. Renting can often be stressful, but their amazing team put me at ease every step of the way! They were also patient with my insurance being slow with communicating with them and never made me feel worried that I might lose my rental due to delays in responses from my insurance. An example is in the beginning it looked like insurance only approved a week on their end but had told me I’d have a vehicle as long as I needed it. When they didn’t get their vehicle back because of this miscommunication, they reached out very gently to explain the situation and took my word for it before hearing back from insurance and never demanded the vehicle back or were cross that it wasn’t returned when expected. They gave me the benefit of the doubt and peace of mind that I could keep the vehicle while they worked with insurance to hammer out the details. They were super every step of the way!

  Easy to deal with online. Glad to not have to go to the city for pick up and drop off. CAA discount helps affordability.

  Booked a vehicle here at this location at the last minute. Manager called me and put me in the vehicle the next morning. Very polite there and accommodating. Will continue to rent at this location.
