  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the recent experience I had with your services. On the day I went to return my rental vehicle and pick up my car from the repair shop, I was informed that my car was not ready and I would need to wait 40 minutes. This unexpected delay caused me to miss my child’s dental appointment, and I had no choice but to reschedule the pickup for June 23. Despite returning the rental vehicle on the agreed-upon date, I was still charged for additional time. Since then, I have been calling your team repeatedly over the past two weeks requesting a refund. Every time, I am told that the refund will be processed “within two days,” yet nothing has been done. Most recently, I spoke to Victoria, who assured me the refund would be issued within 30 minutes. That too, never happened. I am deeply disappointed in the level of service provided by TD. Given the years of loyalty I have maintained with your institution and the trust I placed in your service standards, this situation is unacceptable. The lack of communication between the repair shop, rental service, and customers has been evident and frustrating. I kindly request that you process my refund immediately and provide written confirmation once it has been completed. I also urge you to look into your internal communication processes to prevent future inconvenience to loyal clients. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

  Very professional and quick service, with the car arriving to TD’s collision centre 10 minutes after the call. The vehicle was much nicer than the one I had repaired and had all the amenities I could ask for. Great communication throughout the rental period, first to confirm the vehicle was satisfactory, on the return to confirm there were no damages and to followup the rental experience. This is a first class outfit, who I will use for my next vehicle rental!
