    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the recent experience I had with your services. On the day I went to return my rental vehicle and pick up my car from the repair shop, I was informed that my car was not ready and I would need to wait 40 minutes. This unexpected delay caused me to miss my child’s dental appointment, and I had no choice but to reschedule the pickup for June 23. Despite returning the rental vehicle on the agreed-upon date, I was still charged for additional time. Since then, I have been calling your team repeatedly over the past two weeks requesting a refund. Every time, I am told that the refund will be processed “within two days,” yet nothing has been done. Most recently, I spoke to Victoria, who assured me the refund would be issued within 30 minutes. That too, never happened. I am deeply disappointed in the level of service provided by TD. Given the years of loyalty I have maintained with your institution and the trust I placed in your service standards, this situation is unacceptable. The lack of communication between the repair shop, rental service, and customers has been evident and frustrating. I kindly request that you process my refund immediately and provide written confirmation once it has been completed. I also urge you to look into your internal communication processes to prevent future inconvenience to loyal clients. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

    My experience with Enterprise was excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the rental process seamless and quick. The vehicles were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made the whole journey enjoyable.
