The car did not drive properly and clearly had a mechanical issue. When I informed the staff, including Tamana Amin (Branch Manager), they ignored my concern and acted like it was not a big deal. It’s concerning that a rental company would dismiss a clear safety warning and still hand out vehicles in that condition. I decided to return the car immediately because it didn’t feel safe to drive. Very poor experience — I expected better responsibility and professionalism from Enterprise.
