The car they gave me was very nice, except for the fact that it had bald summer tires on it. After slipping a sliding all the way home I took it back and got another one with not quite so bald summer tires on it. Two days later, I finally got a car that had snow tires on it. Quite a lot of hassle I will probably never go back there.

This is one of very few locations which work on weekends and thus generally have rush over here but the way Tamana manages the crisis situations is not only commendable but something to learn from her. I am writing it sitting here in this location which was supposed to close by 12 noon. The location was overbooked as per the number of cars available so Tamana co-ordinated with other locations and got all the cars needed to fulfill the demand. Although it took her to work beyond her regular shifts but the way she managed the panicking crowd and provided the solution is a seldom quality these days. So Kudos to that and warm wishes to everyone working for this location 👏🏽

That's two Christmases in a row this location has dropped the ball on my accessibility request and left me waiting in the branch for over an hour as one of their employees rushed around the city to try to fulfill my order. There seems to be a disconnect between the accessibility department, the mechanics who do the work and folks in the branch. I keep being told I need to follow up with managers after my order is made to ensure it's being fulfilled properly which just tells me I need to babysit this company in order for them to do their job. I don't think the extra stress and effort is worth it.
