    Just awful service. I've attempted to have services done here twice. Miserable front desk staff that are not willing to help nonetheless look up from their computer and I don't know... smile? Listen? Both times Ive ended up leaving and going elsewhere, which was the correct decision. Won't be a 3rd!

    Very disappointing and bad service I got ever. I went to this service centre with a small nail stuck on my front left tire. The air was leaking so I wanted to fix it. I dropped my car around 11 am. I got a call from the mechanic after 1 hour saying that the nail cant be fixed and they recommend to change the tire. (Both tires, they’re saying the tires are bad). I told them that I’ll fix it somewhere else. Then I went there to pick up my car. At that time they charged me $33.89 ($29.99 + tax) for the inspection. Just to simply look into my tire and say no they charged me this amount. When I asked the front desk guy about this he told me “everything comes with a charge nothing is free”. Then I went to another shop which is less than a kilometre away from this shop called A-Class Inc in Manitou dr. They took that nail off and fixed the puncture in less than 10 minutes only charging me $30, which is less than the inspection amount of Beverly Tire and Auto.

    It was very honest mechanic, wonderful. I recommend everybody to go in that place. I had an excellent experience with these people, with the customer service, and with the mechanic. All the best.

    Great customer service, especially Hasen. Their team went above and beyond to help a customer of ours in an emergency situation, it’s hard to find good genuine customer service in today’s world. Thank you again for your help guys!
