I had a great experience at this shop. The service was very professional, honest, and friendly. They explained everything clearly and did an excellent job (Changing all fluids in a Toyota 4Runner 5th gen) Highly recommended.

I recommended this place to my partner.
She already had a quote from another automotive repair shop that recently moved.
When she was given the quote, she called me right away, not understanding why it had tripled from the initial quote.
Confused myself I suggest let’s get another quote for a different shop and see where that leads. Paying a small extortion for the quote left with the car. Proceeded to bring it to another location to determine The cause of the oil leak.
So a little history of this car, she’s owned it for three years and put 10,000 km on it.
Her first quote was 650.
The quote you got from Beverley was 2600
This quote included main gasket, seal oil pan, leak charging system, possibly alternator and new wiper blades.
The third quote she received was again $600
This location reviewed the battery and alternator as well as the blades in which I just changed the month earlier and explained it it was nothing wrong with these items.
I would like to add to put the front tires in the back in the bike tires on the front.
A very noticeable size difference between the two. ( probably done out of spite )
Because of this recommendation, I felt the need to pay for her quote she received that Beverley automotive.
I noticed that now that Canadian tire has left the area off of Victoria Street.
Beverly has gone to a method of gouging their customers and giving false statements regarding repairs. Unfortunately this once was reputable automotive repair shop has now not. . Females be aware Of this location.
I have had such consistently good service here over the years that I wanted to post a review. Today they got me in last minute, inspected and repaired a nail pop for around 50-60 bucks. Quick, friendly and always leave me confident I’m in good hands! Thanks guys!
Just awful service. I've attempted to have services done here twice. Miserable front desk staff that are not willing to help nonetheless look up from their computer and I don't know... smile? Listen? Both times Ive ended up leaving and going elsewhere, which was the correct decision. Won't be a 3rd!
