If i can i give zero stars, very bad experience with those guys.
They didn’t address the issue properly and charged my insurance more than it required plus they messed up the body work and didn’t used original parts but they charge for original parts from insurance
Really bad service and experience
I would not recommend this place ever

I ended up bringing my car here for an insurance claim based on them being my insurance company's preferred provider.
I had a great experience with the team members here. Each person I came in contact with took the time to answer my questions about the process and repairs. They delivered on time for the estimated repairs. I really appreciated the unprompted email communication updates as my vehicle was in process of being repaired.
I was skeptical about how my experience would be based on the ratings, but since my insurance company provides lifetime warranty on the repairs done here, I thought I would just give it a shot. I can say I was thoroughly pleased with my experience at Assured. Thank you for making my stressful situation much more comfortable!

My vehicle was brought to Assured Collision Centre after an accident through my insurance company, not by personal choice. While my vehicle was stored on their property and under their care, it was broken into by individuals who trespassed onto the lot and used my vehicle to consume drugs.
Those individuals set the interior of my vehicle on fire, causing extensive damage. As a direct result, my vehicle was deemed a total loss, forcing it into a second insurance claim completely unrelated to the original accident.
After speaking with an associate, I was informed that there was no exterior damage to the vehicle consistent with forced entry, and that they have no video footage showing how entry occurred, as their cameras do not capture anything beyond the exterior hill.
I was also told that Assured believed the point of entry was the rear glass of the Jeep. When I asked how entry could have been gained without breaking the glass, I was told that the glass would “just lift up.” This explanation raised further concerns, as the rear-mounted spare tire would reasonably prevent the glass from lifting in that manner.
During this same conversation, Assured volunteered—without being asked—that they were certain the vehicle was locked, stating that someone checks all vehicles every night due to the location of the lot. This directly contradicts the lack of forced entry and the explanation provided.
Additionally, this incident occurred on a non-secure lot with limited video surveillance, and I was informed that this was not the first time a similar incident had occurred at this location.
Because of these failures in security and care, I was forced into another insurance claim and required to pay an additional $500 deductible, as Assured Collision Centre does not insure customer vehicles unless they are actively inside the shop, despite being stored on their property.
This experience reflects a serious lack of security, consistency, and accountability. I strongly caution anyone considering leaving their vehicle here to fully understand the risks involved.

My 2025 honda civic sport hybrid was recently serviced here for an insurance claim. Under last name Hussain
Honestly, I’m extremely frustrated with my experience here. My car has been at this body shop for almost 3 months now. At first, they told me the delay was because parts were back ordered, which I understood. But I later found out the only parts on back order were aftermarket parts that they ordered, even though I clearly requested OEM only because my car is brand new. If they are already using aftermarket why not find an alternative instead that will not take as long or source an oem part that will not take 3 months to come in.
Because it’s taking so long, my insurance has cut off my rental, so I’ve been left with no car at all. And had to pay for rental out of pocket for over a month . On top of that, communication is terrible. They don’t send any updates. Every time I call or show up in person looking for an update, the place is basically empty, and I’ve even seen people literally sleeping and snoring inside. And the customer service is horrible I bring up my concerns and the staff doesn’t even bother to answer my emails back they clearly do not care about the customer you are just a number to them. They do not care about you or your vehicle just the cheapest way to repair the car.
When I went in at the end of November, they told me my car was already torn down, the repair itself would take about 8 days, and the back ordered parts would arrive in 2–3 days. Then, when I called a week later to see what was going on, suddenly I’m told my car won’t be ready until January. I was originally told it would be done by the end of November. How does “8 days” turn into about 6 weeks?
At this point I feel misled, ignored, and stuck without a vehicle. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience
