  Tio mike is an amazing mechanic! He has been taking care of my car and my finances car for a long time ! Lately had him fixing a bunch of things and my truck is driving AMAZING even though it’s very old but with him looking often at it I have it running amazing. Thank you Assured and special thanks to Tio Mike 🙌🏼❤️

  I took my car in for an estimate and they were extremely helpful, doing a temporary fix immediately to ensure both my personal safety and road safety. Their level of caring and attention to detail was very much appreciated!

  My 2025 honda civic sport hybrid was recently serviced here for an insurance claim. Under last name Hussain Honestly, I’m extremely frustrated with my experience here. My car has been at this body shop for almost 3 months now. At first, they told me the delay was because parts were back ordered, which I understood. But I later found out the only parts on back order were aftermarket parts that they ordered, even though I clearly requested OEM only because my car is brand new. If they are already using aftermarket why not find an alternative instead that will not take as long or source an oem part that will not take 3 months to come in. Because it’s taking so long, my insurance has cut off my rental, so I’ve been left with no car at all. And had to pay for rental out of pocket for over a month . On top of that, communication is terrible. They don’t send any updates. Every time I call or show up in person looking for an update, the place is basically empty, and I’ve even seen people literally sleeping and snoring inside. And the customer service is horrible I bring up my concerns and the staff doesn’t even bother to answer my emails back they clearly do not care about the customer you are just a number to them. They do not care about you or your vehicle just the cheapest way to repair the car. When I went in at the end of November, they told me my car was already torn down, the repair itself would take about 8 days, and the back ordered parts would arrive in 2–3 days. Then, when I called a week later to see what was going on, suddenly I’m told my car won’t be ready until January. I was originally told it would be done by the end of November. How does “8 days” turn into about 6 weeks? At this point I feel misled, ignored, and stuck without a vehicle. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. * edit in response to review* The response to this review and every other negative review being the same, indicates their lack of care or customer service to their clients, the same response to every bad review asking for information but if u read my review it clearly says what vehicle and name the claim was under. The business just does not care about helping their customers - point blank

  Needing bodywork repair after an accident is a really stressful thing. I was grateful to the team at Assured Automotive for the time they spent explaining the process and the repairs that were required. The front desk person was helpful and patient. John was my contact there and he was communicative and reassuring.

  Excellent service from the time I walked in for an estimate to when I picked it up after the repair. They detailed the car to look impeccable when I picked it up. Staff were very accommodating in working with my schedule. Highly recommend them .
