  Had a situation where my car broke down and was in dire need of a vehicle but was worried because I do not have a credit card! Thankfully, they have a system where you can use your debit card along with 2 pieces of identification and a $300 deposit (that is fully refunded upon return of the rental) and was able to get me set up with a vehicle in no time! The accommodation of having a driver come out to pick me up at the car shop where I dropped my car off for repairs (AND wait for 20+ minutes there because I was running late, VERY SORRY ABOUT THAT!), was absolutely fantastic and I could not be more grateful! I also had no issues in extending my rental, by a few more days, the day before my rental was due to return initially! Lastly I'll add is that the cost is very appropriate for what you are getting and the service you receive! ALL the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I definitely recommend this location whenever you have a need for a rental! Thank you so much everyone at this Enterprise (Princess Street/Sydenham Road)!

  Staff polite & they go out of their way to accommodate you. Vehicle extremely clean. Very pleased with service as they drove us to & from car dealership.
