  I highly recommend renting a car from here. All staff were really friendly and accommodating. On top of the great price, the pick up and drop off service was a key reason I chose Enterprise over other car rental places.

The entire team is exceptional to deal with, Morgan in particular, is a very pleasant, cheerful, and friendly individual who is perfection in sharing all the details to operate your rental.   Rented a 2025 - Mazda CX5 for a short last minute trip out of town from the Kingston Entreprise location and I absolutely loved everything the ride was very smooth there and back aswell

  great customer service, prices are fair and everything was quick and easy , the vehicle i rented was clean and had a full tank of gas. this was my 3rd time renting a vehicle from here and it wont be my last!

  ​I would give zero stars if I could. ​I accidentally left some cash and a personal item in the car when I returned it. Since the office was already closed, I went back first thing the next morning as soon as they opened. They had already cleaned the car, but claimed they found nothing. I am 100% certain the items were in the vehicle. It is extremely disappointing that this company employs people who would take a customer’s belongings and then lie about it. I am very frustrated with the lack of honesty and integrity here.
