  Peter at the Kingston location was amazing! He was super clear and honest, gave us free snacks and air fresheners! He was super friendly and even cracked some jokes. Also the prices in general at this location are about 1/2 the price of Mr.Lube. Would recommend Peter to anyone looking for an oil change in Kingston.

  I had such a great experience at Great Canadian Oil Change! After my service, I had an unexpected tire issue and was honestly a bit stressed. Dev and Tom went completely above and beyond to help me out. They took the time to properly check everything, explain what was going on, and made sure I felt comfortable and safe before leaving. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care really stood out. Exceptional customer service like that is hard to find. Thank you, Dev & Tom, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience! Highly recommend this location 🙌

  I often come here for oil changes. I had dealt with their staff in the past and they are well trained,professional and know what they're doing. But I have to mention Sahil was the tech we dealt with today,he is by far the most professional, polite and well informed staff i have ever come across. Kudos to him for all the great work he does long with the rest of the team. Sahil needs to be given a raise. Definitely shall return.

  Will never go back again! I had my oil changed in December. I went yesterday to my local shop where I normally go and they were appalled. The filter wasn’t on tight and was ready to fall off. Oil everywhere. The filter and oil pan were covered. I’m very lucky I didn’t loose all my oil. And to top it off they left a sharpie under the hood. Never again.

  Never take your vehicle to this location. Went for an oil change and the oil filter was improperly installed leading to extensive damage to the oil filter housing unit. The vehicle is unable to hold oil and a new filter is unable to be installed. Trying to get GCOC to take accountability and cover the cost of repairs is difficult. In shop they try to play it off as operator error of the vehicle regardless of another experienced and reputable shop stated without a doubt GCOC broke my vehicle during the oil change. Never taking any of our vehicles back to GCOC. Please refrain from using this oil shop if you want a working and undamaged vehicle. Update: It has been 3 weeks since my initial claim began with GCOC. I have provided all the proof of damage such as photos, letter from shop, invoice for the bill. GCOC have not followed up after what I was told will be two business day. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT DAMAGED. GCOC is a very dodgy shop and I urge people shop elsewhere do not have work done.
