    Super quick and kind service! Everyone who works there is really helpful, and you’ll get assistance from anyone and everyone - not just the person assigned to your rental. Special shout out to Rachel (I hope I wrote that correctly) who helped me with a last minute change and made it a super easy process from start to finish!

    Alexander Salytchev was super kind and quick with the pickup. The car was in good condition and drove well. I've never really had good experiences with Enterprise so this was refreshing!

    I had paid with a credit card online first - they need to see the physical card which is fair enough. However, it wasn’t in my name as someone else was paying for it. I didn’t have a physical card in my name on me. I offered to pay with debit and he said they needed a utility bill, phone bill, and a pay stub. Not “or” - I needed all three of those! I don’t have those on my phone. The email I got from Enterprise said nothing about needing the physical card with my name on it. With regard to their policy on debit cards - the following is what the email said: “Debit cards are accepted at the time of rental when: the name and address shown on the renter’s driver’s license matches the current home address; the home address is within 50 KM of the renting branch OR the renter’s driver’s license is from the same state where the rental branch is located” I do meet those requirements… there also is no mention about the documents needed if there you are paying with a debit card. I had to cancel the reservation and now I’m out $50 for my taxi there and back. The guy wasn’t sympathetic and told me “for next time I needed all three of those documents”. He didn’t seem to care that I don’t have a car now and wasn’t even apologetic. Absolutely ridiculous

    I had rented a car for 10 days with them. The process was smooth and the people especially Jessica were wonderful. Definitely coming to you guys for a rental again 😁

    I had an excellent experience at this Enterprise location thanks to Alexander Salytchev. I ran into an issue with my card during the transaction, and he handled it with remarkable patience and professionalism. He stayed calm, took the time to walk through the situation with me, and quickly found an alternative solution by arranging a pre authorized transaction so everything could move forward smoothly. Even as a trainee, his problem solving skills, demeanor, and customer care truly stood out. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and reassuring. Enterprise is fortunate to have him on their team, and his future there is clearly very bright.
