  The customer service was great, unfortunately the vehicle I got had a fault within the screen that controls the radio and heat and cooling.. Made for a long drive to Calgary AB, coming from Kenora Ont.

  Life-Saving Service (Literally!) I almost let a blizzard ruin my Winnipeg shopping haul, but the team at Kenora Enterprise saved the day! I picked up my rental on January 5, 2026, and Mandie was a total rockstar—she worked so hard de-icing my first vehicle. When that initial minivan started sliding before I even hit No Frills, I knew I needed a change. Enter Cookie: an absolute legend! He showed so much empathy and hooked me up with a 2026 Jeep Wrangler. As a short person used to Ford trucks, the Jeep’s high clearance and thick tires were exactly what I needed. Forget the fuel cost—I value my life! Driving back in thick fog past cars in the ditch (upside down), I knew that could’ve been me if Cookie hadn't listened to my safety concerns. In a world where genuine care is rare, Mandie and Cookie went the extra mile (Cookie even called the next day to check on me!). The Bottom Line: The 2026 Wrangler rental was spotless, smelled amazing, and felt incredibly safe. Plus, I only spent about $85 on fuel for the entire Kenora-Winnipeg round trip! P.S. Adding some photos of this beauty so you can see the clearance for yourself! (License plate covered for privacy). 10/10 recommend!
