  Terrible customer service. Multiple points of failure. Would not recommend under any circumstance. This is not a full retail location. It is a drop off location for the office in brockville. I booked a car three weeks in advance. I showed up at the appointment time, but they brought the wrong vehicle. The rep suggested I call Enterprise 1-800 to get the right vehicle delivered. They gave me a new appointment time a couple of hours later. I arrived at the new appointment time and there was no car or Enterprise rep. Called enterprise 800 and they had no record of my changed reservation. I booked online to make an entirely new reservation and they made the reservation and emailed me confirmation with a new appointment time. I called Brockville to confirm and they said they had no cars so they had no intention of bringing me a car. Spent a couple of hours on the phone, trying to sort it all out. No one was helpful, kept getting the runaround. Was told twice that a manager would call me back to try and resolve the issue. I never received any calls. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had in my life -Its like a phantom service. Completely unreliable. I’m not even certain they use computers. Ended up booking what I needed from Avis and it was a pain-free process

  Booked a car in kempville there are no cabs here as well. Got to a subsidiary spot for pickup not an enterprise building they run out of a car dealership so dealership staff are tasked to deal with this. Go to get car. Lady on phone from Brockville office e said we are not driving 40 minutes to bring tou a car. Lol she said you need to book well in advance as never have Cara here. I said now what. She said idont know figure it out.the dealership gave me a drive to Dixons car rents who go me something right away. Although I was told but enterprise that Dixons was closed NOTTRUE. Never never never waste your time
