  I am extremely pleased with my rental experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They exceeded my expectations by providing a flawless, brand new, 7-seater family car, which was perfect for my needs. The entire team provided truly five-star service, consistently being friendly and helpful throughout. A highly recommended company!

  Very disappointed with the service from Enterprise. I made a reservation and even called ahead to confirm availability. They told me clearly to come at 5:30 PM and that a car would be ready. When I arrived at the location, it was completely closed. This is unacceptable. Why confirm a time and availability if you’re not even open? It wasted my time and caused a lot of inconvenience, especially since I was relying on that car. Poor communication and unreliable service. I expected much better. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  This is specific to the truck rental side of the business. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had renting any type of vehicle. I called this location on April 13, 2026 for a 3/4 to 1 ton pick up truck with a 5th wheel hitch to move my camper trailer. I was very specific with what I needed and was assured they had a truck to accommodate this. I booked in with them for April 21/26 and was told "we open at 0730 and you can come anytime thereafter to pick up the truck." No confirmation of the booking or a follow up ever came. I called again on April 20/26 to ensure all was in order for the following morning, again confirmed what I needed the truck for, needing the 5th wheel hitch, etc. I was reassured all was in order. I arrived at 0815 on April 21/26 to be told the truck isn't here and that it's 20 mins away. Would take 40 mins to get the truck back to the rental location. Myself and my guest waited 1.5 hours for the truck to arrive only to be shown a truck that does not accommodate what I needed it for. No 5th wheel hitch. At this point the rep advised me she didn't even know what a 5th wheel hitch was, she had to call someone else who then confirmed this isn't something they do for short term rentals. Why was I told anything other than this? I drove an hour to this location to pick up a truck I was assured would be available for me and would fit with my need, waited 1.5 hours for absolutely nothing then had to drive an hour home with no resolve to my problem. I asked to speak with a manager, who turned out to the other rep at the same desk, who said "I've only been doing this job for two days." The original rep making inappropriate remarks about my name and laughing as if this was a great customer service success story. Needless to say, my plans for that day to move my trailer completely fell apart due to the ignorance of the staff at this location. I'm out gas, time, and money with no one willing to assist. Extremely disappointing. Additional training for staff and management needs to be provided on the type of equipment they have available as to avoid misleading and false information.

  I don't throw around five-star reviews lightly, but Enterprise absolutely earned this one. We rented a truck to haul a boat for the day on a Saturday and it was, without exaggeration, one of the best customer service experiences I've had with any business in a very long time. We arrived about five minutes before opening and the team was already set up and ready to go — no fumbling, no waiting, no "we're not quite open yet" energy. A lovely gentleman greeted us at the door right away and quickly connected us with Reed, who was an absolute rock star. Reed walked us through everything clearly and thoroughly — including any potential extra charges, which I really appreciated. No surprises, no fine-print ambushes. Once we were all squared away, she took us through the full vehicle inspection and made sure we knew all the features of the truck before we left. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. One thing worth noting: the Saturday hours close at noon and they're not open Sundays, so if your plans hinge on those windows, plan accordingly. But if you're renting for a longer period or outside of the weekend crunch, I would absolutely recommend this location without hesitation. Thank you Reed and the whole team — you made what could have been a stressful errand a genuinely great experience. 🙌

  Had to bring my vehicle to the Assured up the street, great place to fix your vehicle btw, they picked me up right at the Assured in Edgewater, brought me to the enterprise, then back a week later. Was very handy to have the shuttle service for free ! Drove a 2025 Nissan Kicks vehicle, very clean and nice. Staff is friendly, and very professional. Highly recommend . Would go there again for sure.
