    The entrance to the Palladium Drive location is extremely difficult and potentially unsafe when approaching from the east. It requires customers to pass the location and find an awkward/long turnaround. I strongly suggest Enterprise negotiate access with the next-door gas station to allow for a direct entry to the lot from the eastbound lane. This would significantly improve customer experience and traffic flow.

    The Kanata Palladium Auto Park Enterprise branch is fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, making the entire rental process seamless and quick. My vehicle was spotless and well-maintained. I highly recommend this location.

    This Kanata location quickly corrected my billing error from another location and were super helpful! Picked up a rental here which I dropped off at the London Airport. The London location didn't process my drop off till 6 days after I had returned the car so I got billed for the extra days. The London location wasn't answering the phone and costumer service numbers weren't working.
