    Kanata location : Amazing employees.Decent cars. Lovely experience over all. When there are polite and helpful people at the counter, it make a huge difference. Like a cherry on the cake . !!

    Best renter car company, everyone is so friendly and professional. My wife left her phone in the car and they were kindly help us to get it back. They also have pick up and drop off service. Thank you much and highly recommended

    I have been to this Enterprise location numerous times as I travel quite frequently for work. Every time I have been here, I have had nothing but a great experience. Bobby and his entire team run a very tight ship, always have given great service regardless of what time of the day it is, or how busy they are. I highly recommend this location if you need a set of wheels.

    We’ve rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Kanata location twice through our insurance after an accident, and recently again for a trip — and every time it has been a great experience. The manager is really nice, welcoming, and professional. The prices are very reasonable, and the customer service is excellent. The whole process was easy and straightforward, with no stress at all. We especially appreciated that when we returned the car, we didn’t have to wait for opening hours — the drop-off was simple and convenient. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend this location!

    I had an absolute amazing customer service experience at this Enterprise. My vehicle was hit by a truck in the snow storm the day before Christmas Eve. It was a very traumatic experience. From the moment I arrived at Enterprise they (especially Breanna) did everything they could to accomodate my needs. They were courteous, empathetic, accommodating and I had my leased vehicle for 1.5 months. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and business. If you have to rent a vehicle, go to the Palladium Drive enterprise, you won't regret it. 🙏 Keep up the GREAT work!!
