  We were looking for a new car and we can't say enough about the help we received from Dane Madsen. I have dealt with a few salespeople lately and Dane has been the best of them all. Knowledgable, approachable, professional and very helpful. I'd recommend him ay time, as well as Myers Kanata Volkswagen.

  I went with this location since I had issues with the last location from a few years ago. My car was dropped off on March 15th. The back and forth was unbelievable. Say 1 thing and then say something else. If I hadn't pushed, it would have taken an extra week. My rental was only good for 14 days. I went over my limit of the rental due to the company taking time with the repairs. Originally I was giving a 1 star but since they paid for the extra days I had the rental for, I changed it to a 3. Edit* still wrong. No one by the name of Kyle reached out to me.

  Because the work done by Assured was impeccable, I decided to share with everyone who may need assistance with auto body, rust or/and collision repairs personal customer service experience which was amazing. The repair was as good as new, and the car was ready in time. I don’t normally write reviews but after an unfortunate circumstance experienced with the hitch and how was attached to the car Cara influenced my decision in a great way by keeping my car, made my worries go away, and my experience as a customer “above-and-beyond”. Her approach, email follows us, and Cara`s engagement since I brought the car for repairs have been truly appreciated and valued. By far, she has provided the best customer service a customer could have (any industry) and therefore she deserves to be acknowledged! Certainly, dealing with Cara was a pleasure, and communication was excellent! If anyone is looking to have any auto body and collision repairs done this is the place to go! I`ll never regret my decision….
