Bought new Toyo tires for 2500.00,had to get a front end alignment also,2 weeks later I take my truck to Bray motors in Sundridge for oil change and I tell them I have a clunk in my front end, apparently the clowns at Fountain Tire in Huntsville never tightened my lower castor bolts.Went back to Fountain and they gave me another alignment only to find out my steering wheel was crooked on way home and I had a shake in one of my wheels, they did another alignment and told me I had a bent rim, yeah okay, they put the bad tire/rim on rear of truck so it wouldn't shake and that means I could never rotate my tires. What a joke this place is,so now I went back to Bray Motors yesterday, November 18th for oil change and told them to balance my rear tire that apparently had a bent rim,we'll that turned out to be another clown at Fountain Tire that didn't know how to balance a tire,Bray balanced the tire for me but I'm out 85.00 dollars,There's no more shake, the tire was rebalanced and was out considerably. Never take your truck to Fountain Tire in Huntsville!! There a joke and don't know what there doing, forgot to tighten Caster bolts and did 3 alignments and couldn't balance my tire telling me I had a bent rim, yeah okay

My truck blew a brake rear flex line when I was out of town and towing custom furniture for my son. No other shop would even look at the problem for at least a week. Sharon at Fountain Tire brought my truck in and had me up and running in no time. That has been my experience every time I have taken my vehicle there. They are an incredible group of professionals committed to customer service and quality workmanship.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
