It was crazy busy the day we had to pick up the vehicle but even with the chaos we were processed and in a vehicle very quickly. Only concern was none of their vehicles were equipped with winter tires. Living up north and in the snowbelt area, winter tires are necessary. I got stuck a few times. Also daily cost for their insurance was expensive. I would definitely rent from Enterprise again but just not in the wintertime.

It took a few phone calls but they were able to help us out. After my car accident (not at fault) because I did not have winter tires on my brand new 2026 vehicle (5k on my) they wouldn’t give me a vehicle with snow tires without having to pay out of pocket. Instead I got a 2024 Volkswagen Taos with almost 60k on its tires. I couldn’t even get out of my driveway. I tried to complain but didn’t get anywhere. The vehicle didn’t even have properly working windshield wipers. Kept smearing. So hard to see. I was told it was a 2025 with AWD. But it handles just like a FWD. I can’t believe they are renting out such an unsafe vehicle for winters in Muskoka. Totally disappointing when I wasn’t even at fault.
