It was very easy to quickly arrange the rental online, the vehicle was perfect and the staff was excellent. When repairs on our personal vehicle took longer than expected, they made arrangements to extend the rental quickly and easily. As always, Enterprise delivered the best service imaginable.

Also the customer service to rent the car by phone was very simple and good. The rental rate for the week was also great. We will definitely rent from enterprise again.
- JTJ TOct 27, 20251.0Terrible experience..its being looked into by main office .Stay tuned .Store didnt answer so it was transfered and arrangements were made and the taxi there and the games began .Short version after a taxi back ..I found my drivers lic was perfect ..the cost of the taxi back ..my hour confirming my lic was fine and the frustration of Vlad not really doing his job aswell as Chris M did prior and was the reason I went back.Now I hope they close down and huntsville gets a better rental corporation that jseems to give a shit .. extreme frustration , hours of time times 2 people and the waste of money for the taxi's is what my experience was

The manager was nice enough to meet me where the tow truck brought us and coordinate a quick rental. This is my first time with this store but I have used numerous other Enterprises. I appreciate the ability to be able to edit return times through the app when you’re unsure of things like repairs being finished. Very grateful they coordinated with us so late in the evening ♥️😊🙏
