From the friendliness and knowledge of the service analysts, to the experience of the repair professionals, I have confidence my car is being diagnosed correctly and the work performed with detailed care. I also choose this location (which is not close to where I live) because the leadership who operates this shop is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and will always make themselves available should I want to talk. I will continue to exclusively use Upper James Autopro for many years to come.

Honestly it is because of their front desk manager Sierra that we keep going back. She is consistently taking the initiative for the care of our car, is very knowledgeable about all queries on the phone and is able to solve so many issues and questions we have without being put on hold like so many other places. Sierra is so helpful and positive when she greets customers giving a great first impression, and helped us get an Uber around town when we didn't have our car for the day. Notified immediately when updates to the car were made, and even made personalized videos explaining what procedures they were doing to my car and why. Sierra is always on top of providing timely quotes and exceptional service. Highly recommend!
