  Great service from Owen. Well maintained and safe, clean trucks with multiple large mirrors, good brakes, good wipers, good heating system. Ramp and back door worked well, and made loading / unloading easy. Competitive prices. The online booking, pickup and drop off went really smooth, we spent only a few minutes each time. I was impressed to see a visual inspection of the vehicle before we left with the truck and to see the same when we dropped it off. Great experience all around. We will exclusively use Enterprise for any truck or van rental needs going forward and I recommend the same for everyone else.

  I had a last minute need for a truck, i called 2mins before closing on a Friday and the branch manager Owen Austin went above and beyond to get me going sacrificing his Friday eve to make sure the customer was completely satisfied, Where others would make me feel like a inconvenience Owen made me feel like a valued customer.   Owen Austin, Branch Manager at the Upper James location gave exceptional customer service matching truck size with task. I was a little panicked and on a deadline, but with Owen's calm demeanor set me up for a smooth move. Beautiful 2026 Silverado. Thanks Owen!
