  My wife and I were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Come to think of it it may have even been less than 10 minutes. It was such a painless process and Ilyab was a pleasure to work with. We’ve had a hard time with the rental cars before in the past, that we went into this trip saying that we weren’t gonna rent a car. But after a couple days of Ubers, we knew we had to rent a car. So, we sort of braced ourselves for the inevitably long appointment to get a car – and it was the exact opposite. By the time we got into our rental car we both said that we would never travel without renting a car ever again. We will always use enterprise when available. It was honestly the best rental car experience either of us have ever had.

  Helped me out when I needed a rental while I had mine in the shop. Didn’t have the booked car but were able to still get something and very good customer service.

  I rented a car, and had a great experience with Noah. He was very professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described.   Very disappointing experience with Enterprise during my auto insurance claim. For almost two weeks, I was repeatedly told that there were no vehicles available. Even after speaking with my insurance company and increasing the rental limit, Enterprise still could not provide a replacement vehicle. I visited the location multiple times a day and waited for long periods, but each time I was asked to come back later. I was also told that someone would call me when a vehicle became available, but I never received any calls. Another major concern was that the vehicle provided did not have winter tires and kept getting stuck in the snow, which made the situation even more difficult after an accident. My own car is AWD, and when I asked for a similar vehicle, I was told they had none in stock. While the staff were polite and friendly, they were not able to help resolve the issue or secure a vehicle. I even asked if I could schedule an appointment to pick up another car, but they said appointments were not possible. After wasting a lot of time going back and forth, I finally rented a car from another company and returned the Enterprise vehicle. Overall, a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I will not be using this location again
