  I had a fantastic experience at the Stoney Creek location. The vehicle was brand new and in excellent condition, and the rental process was seamless and efficient. A special shout-out to the staff—everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. I also highly appreciate the booking system, which is very user-friendly and makes modifying or canceling reservations completely hassle-free. Highly recommended!

  Imagine getting kicked out of a rental, with your kids in cold weather and being told u can’t rent due to unpaid parking tickets, u paid had proof u paid and was told to call a number. Makes matters worse u had 2 cars deleted on you, you had to rush back to get switched out of cars twice and being a loyal customer for a year. Staff were great, but that type of embarrassment was low even for them, the staff were great. As I said before but the lack of communication with there “citation department needs work.

  I had an excellent experience with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car branch in Stoney Creek. I rented a vehicle for more than two weeks, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or requests I had. The car was clean, well-maintained, and performed perfectly throughout my rental period. Pickup and return were both quick and hassle-free, which I really appreciated.Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free car rental experience.

  Rented a vehicle twice and the service was almost exceptional. Dealt with the manager Nick and he was amazing! Noah drove me home and was also amazing. Both were extremely polite . I would have given a 5 star but there was a slight bump with the assistant manager. Overall I am extremely happy with Nick and Noah and should I need to rent again I will go back to this location.
