  Great customer service, fast reliable and friendly. Note to making an order. make sure to hit * when calling the local phone number to get ahold of the local branch. I ordered through the call centre and there were issues but when I showed up they were able to fix things and were great to work with.

  Great service. They really take care of their customers. I rented 2 cars and the service was awesome. The workers deserves credit for their excellent customer service 👏. Especially the Indian guy. Not sure what his name is. They are all pleasant. The last 3 months was a roller coaster with my insurance company. However, they put me back in a vehicle that makes me feel like I was back in my own. Thanks to the workers. Highly recommend. Best

  It is very sad. I have been with this location for 3 years. Today I forgot my wallet at home and requested if they can allow the driver licnes’s photo. But they declined. Now, i gave them option if I can go to my home and pick it up, manager said no as they are close at 6:00 and they have to stay for 5 to 10 minutes extra which we can understand. The thing is they did not show the helping nature and I have always been a witness of closing them at 6:15. Manager was worried about his job if he stay there for extra minutes. But realistically there were many customers standing and I do not think so they will close at 6:00pm. Very very sad. No helpful nature. Previous staffs and manager were good as they have helping nature. Not these staffs specially manager.

  Very pleasant experience. I was assisted by a gentleman named Darsh. Darsh is super professional and very down to earth. Had a brief, but solid, conversation with him when I returned my car. Need more good people like him in the customer service industries.

  Just want to take a moment to recognize the team at Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car. I’ve rented from this location several times and every experience has been excellent. I picked up another rental today and Matthew provided outstanding customer service. He was very personable, professional, and easy to talk to. He also took the time to walk me through a few things in the vehicle, which I really appreciated since the gear shift in the Nissan Rogue is different from what I’m used to. It’s clear the staff at this location care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I’ve consistently had great experiences here and the whole team deserves recognition. Thank you for the excellent service! ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
