- MPMichèlle Perron6 days ago3.0It is fine. I don’t like being hollered at when walking in, in front of everyone, I don’t have the need to be acknowledged that way. Being made to wait while someone sits in the back and answers the phone instead of serving the people IN the store was not appreciated. The gentleman qq who checked me in and out was very good, no complaints, he got me a car that suited my needs and cared that I had a good experience.

Even though we had to wait a few mins while our turn came, very pleasantly surprised by the smiles and ackowlegment by the staff. Then we met Jhon, that is when the real magic started.. his service was top notch.. very clear, helpful and speedy. There is always anxiety when renting a car due to some bad actors in the market however Jhon made everything seemless. Everything was explained upfront and we were on our way! Thankyou to everyone and specially Jhon for making this trip easy for us to get a rental car!
