  I recently rented a cargo van from Enterprise Truck Rental (174 Main Street East, Hamilton) and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience! From start to finish, Alicia Martin and her team’s customer service was top-notch — friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. The booking process was quick and easy, with clear communication every step of the way. When I arrived, the staff greeted me with a smile and made sure I understood all the details before hitting the road. The truck itself was in excellent condition — clean, brand new, and ran perfectly throughout my rental period. Returning it was just as smooth and hassle-free as pickup. I’ll definitely be using them again for their great prices, new reliable vehicles and genuinely friendly service. I recommend them to anyone in need of a truck rental.

  I had my van break down early this week and needed a pickup truck to use for work. I contacted Enterprize truck rentals(174 Main St. E. Hamilton) and experienced the best car rental service of all time. Alicia Martin welcomed me and immediately provided me with an outstanding vehicle, quick but thorough processing, and the most satisfying frontline service I've ever been fortunate enough to benefit from. Alicia's professionalism and dedication to my needs should be celebrated at all levels of the company.   The tall roof extended van we rented was absolutely beautiful and spotless. Power windows & locks, modern interior, kilometers on the speedometer instead of miles, and amazing fuel economy for a vehicle of that size. If you need to go more than a few kilometers, Enterprise is definitely the way to go. Ours had 600km included for less than the price of half of that from the big U competitor. The only reason I knocked off a star was that the cargo interior was so smooth and nice that it didn't have as many places to attached bungee cords for securing tall loads.
