    Great spot. They go above and beyond in customer service to make sure you're happy. Andre recently pulled out all the stops to accommodate me on a special rental for my birthday. He definitely cares about the customer satisfaction. I've rented here for years now. Glad to see them open again on Sundays. Top notch team.

    I always have a very smooth and great experience with the team in downtown Hamilton. Shout out to John and Andre who helped me with my recent rental. You guys were awesome to deal with. I wouldn’t have had it any other way!

    If you need a rental car you definitely want to rent it here!!! I have never received such exemplary customer service. The efficiency and quality of care given by Andre is unbelievable 👏 He has great attention to all the details and does it all with a smile, even when the office is packed with people ( like it was when I arrived) I simply can't say enough good things about him! If I ran my own business he would be my top choice as an employee. UNBELIEVABLE EXCELLENT WORK ETHICS 👏 👍
