I got in a car accident, so my insurance company recommended me to enterprise. They gave me a mitsubishi, I did not like it. so I asked for another car. no questions asked, they gave me another car. amazing customer service. they treat you like humans. all of the workers there are great, especially Andre. Will recommend for everyone in the future

When I arrived, I was told the vehicle was sold out. I was then offered a Chrysler minivan, which they later said was unavailable due to an oil change. After that, they offered a Toyota 4Runner, which is not a full-size SUV and does not meet the space and capacity needs of a Ford Expedition. The options kept changing, and the information provided was inconsistent. Because of this, my entire trip was ruined my travel plans were disrupted, several activities were delayed, and I had to cancel other planned activities altogether. Overall, poor inventory management and lack of transparency. I would not recommend this location if you need the vehicle class you reserved to be honored.
