- JIJasmin Imsirovic2 days ago5.0Best customer service ever ! I was in a no fault accident and they picked me up at car star on Arvin and drove me to the rental place in the vehicle. I got put into a model similar to mine but newer , the car was amazing and comfy and their service was impeccable. I had issues with the car battery on the fob and they instantly swapped me into a new vehicle also. Their front desk staff and drivers were all fantastic . Would definately do pleasure and business in the future .

They're kind, professional, and have a beautiful sense of humanity with helping ease the stress after an accident. They worked well with my insurance, communicated beautifully and provided a great rental car with a detailed inspection and wonderful service. It was an easy process, stress free and the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. While I worked with Noah, I want to note that every person I had contact with, from the transport driver to the calls I recieved, to the moment I walked in the door were fantastic. I hope they get the recognition they deserve because this branch was great to work with and I'd highly recommend them!
