I've rented from Enterprise locations all across the GTA and this is hands down the most customer focused, honest and quality location I have ever been to. Michael (from Markham!) what a classy gentleman! He treats EVERYONE with kindness and is so very friendly. To me he is a model example of amazing customer service and honesty. He knows the ins and outs of the services on top of going out of his way to get to know the customer and their needs for a rental car. I'd like to give the whole staff there a shout out on doing an amazing job and thank you for making the rental experience so smooth. Keep up the amazing work!

Sent an argumentative text message asking why I didn't show up at 730am to pick up a different rental when they knew I would have to come after 430pm. Tried to act like he gave me a deal by saying people pay a premium to drive a Camry grow up, people pay premiums to drive something better than a Toyota Camry. First tried blaming car star and the insurance company ! All while trying to squeeze me into cars that were subcompact vs proper size standard SUV.
