  I had such a great experience with this car rental service. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress free from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well maintained, and ready right on time, which made everything so much easier. I had quite a few questions, and Dallas was especially helpful. He took the time to answer everything clearly and made sure I felt confident and comfortable before driving off. His patience and positive attitude really stood out. I forget the names of the other two team members who helped me, but they were amazing as well. The whole team was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about their customers and work well together. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable service and an outstanding team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I had a very disappointing experience after returning the rental car. We had left our Kindle inside, and when we called to inquire, they initially denied having it. It was only after we insisted and threatened to pick it up ourselves that they finally acknowledged possession, despite our multiple calls confirming it was left in the car.

  Liars and thieves!!!! Accidentally left something in the car when it was dropped off. Called as soon as they opened the next day to let them know and they said they checked and never found it. Called again later and same story. Finally called a third time and told them I know you have it to which they finally admitted they “suddenly found it”. If we weren’t assertive and told them we knew they had it, they would have kept our stuff! Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favour and never book here.

  DO NOT GO HERE, The second I walked in I knew I was getting scammed the way they all looked at me. I’m a young single woman and was getting a rental sent by the dealership. I was instructed to return the vehicle to the dealership and they will pick it up from the dealership. I had it for two days by the time I dropped it off at noon I get a call at 6 PM saying there’s significant damage a 12 inch scratch all kinds of drama that none of that happened. The car was in perfect condition when I dropped it off they left it sitting there for hours unattended and they said it’s my fault because I dropped it at the dealership when I was specifically told it is to be returned to the dealership as they are the one paying for the rental. 0/10 stars would never recommend.

  Dear Enterprice I am writing to formally dispute an additional fuel charge applied to my recent car rental. At the time of pickup, an employee reviewed the vehicle with me and confirmed that the fuel level was at a quarter tank. We both acknowledged and witnessed this together. When I returned the vehicle, the fuel level was above a quarter tank—approximately halfway between a quarter and half. Despite returning the vehicle with more fuel than at pickup, I was charged an additional amount for fuel, increasing my total from $107 to $143. 49. I respectfully request a review of this charge and a refund of the incorrect fuel fee. Please let me know if you require any additional information from my side.
