  Came to this shop to get a quote on some winter tires and steel rims, talked with Joe he asked for the car information and quickly gave me a price on two sets and gave his opinion that the less expensive was just as good as the more expensive ones. He did not try to upsell or make me believe I needed any extras. Left to check a few other places and came back to place the order. Was told I would be called when the tires and rims would be ready( they set them up before calling) to come get them installed. The following day they were ready and if I could come by that day at set time they would be installed. All said and done in 2 days. Fast, reasonable and professional. Will definitely visit again for any tire needs!! Thanks Beverly Tire.

  Brought my wheel in to get the tire patched. I told them not to be careful and not lean my wheel up against anytbing. The lady said that is fine. The first thing she does is lean it against the hoist. Then I see as the guy is trying to take the tire off, the bar he is using to pry the tire up, the end hits one of the spokes. Because of that I ask if I can inspect the wheel. Again they lean it against the wall on the face side. I show them my concern and how I know there was the one mark on the inside. I told them I inspected it first as well. Thats how I knew. The lady goes out and checks the other wheels. Comes back saying there are marks all over my other wheels. (There isn't). I ask what they can do, she said they can just not charge me for the repair. That isnt enough. These wheels weren't cheap. They should have replaced the wheel. She got a whole bunch of other info off me and took a picture of my vin. I asked if I'm banned. She said, well we have you in our system, ods are if you come back, you wont be helped. I asked even if I want to order tires? She said yes. When I first went there, she was really nice. But after I pointed the mark. They also noted on the invoice that I refused to pay the repair. That isn't the case. She said the best we can do is not charge you for the repair. Again, this is not enough.

  Had to have my tire replaced here because of a flat I got while I was out. Incredible service and extremely fast! Everyone here was so incredibly friendly and helpful!

  This team is amazing. My servicing was done smoothly and quickly. I learned a lot about my car in my first visit. My car has never driven more beautifully. Joe pays attention to detail when he consults customers and makes sure you are informed and comfortable. Highly recommend!!!
