  Travis Duncan and his team of repair enthusiasts and auto experts did a seamless job in repairing the hit & run I experienced following a heavy snowfall. Travis knows his stuff and had organized the entire right side of my car within 5 days. Dropped it off on Monday and picked it up on Friday. Can't be more pleased with the final result.   I'm so happy with my experience with Assured! From the moment I got there to have my estimate, everyone I talked to was so lovely. Becca was especially helpful and so reassuring. She advised me to leave my car there on my initial visit and made sure that I would be all set with a rental next door. Becca truly went above and beyond to let me know that my car was in good hands, and kept me updated very regularly through the entire repair process on what was happening and when, and made sure to go over all the repairs with me upon pickup My car ooks even better than it did before my accident. The outside and inside are spotless. I'm so happy with my experience here and would highly recommend them!

  I was totally blown away by the exceptional service from this shop and especially from Vanessa. From start to finish, she kept me in the loop and answered all questions I had. Talking to her was like I was talking to one of my friends. She gave her complete attention and never made me feel like I was wasting her time or that my concerns didn’t matter. Top notch service. If I ever need body work in the future, I will definitely be coming here again. Thanks for all the hard work in taking care of my car and making it like brand new again

  Had two side panels replaced and repainted as the result of a no fault accident on my part. Assured Barton Collision was fantastic to deal with! In particular, Vanessa explained the whole process and they delivered on all their promises and in record time. Strongly recommend them.
