    Excellent car rental place here in Guelph. Ive rented off them a few times and staff always polite and friendly. Willing to help in anything. Cars are clear and really nice.

    I’ve had the absolute best customer service experiences here at Enterprise! From the associates who greet you at the door to the ones who check you in and out, they remain friendly, professional, and amazingly helpful. The drop-off service is so lovely and I always enjoy my chats with the employees. Highly recommend this location!

    I have been renting cars from this company for many years and have never been disappointed. Recently, I rented a car and received a bill stating that the gas was full when it was handed over to me. However, the gas gauge indicated that the tank was only one-quarter full. Additionally, the kilometres mentioned on the bill were incorrect. I contacted the company and explained the situation, and they promptly resolved the issue without any difficulty. I understand, mistakes happen, but they were very good at handling it. Highly recommended. They are amazing people, have clean cars.

    Everyone there is always so helpful and friendly. I dealt with Nathan today and I have to say that guy knows his stuff and didn’t make me feel out of place whenever I had questions or concerns. Nathan actually chased me outside cause he knew I need the rental contract that he printed off for me and that I forgot to grab off the counter (was raining very hard as well). I’d give 10 ⭐️ review if I could.
