  I always rent from Enterprise on Gordon St in Guelph . They are a great team, friendly , polite and efficient . Pricing is very competitive and they will get you in and out in no time. Highly recommend this branch

  Liked my experience renting a car here. The car looked new or very well maintained. The pickup and drop-off were fast and efficient. The staff was friendly and communicated the rental details clearly.

  I want to thank Ruhi at the Downtown Guelph office for her help in returning our friend's rented car. The office was impossibly busy with phones ringing, people coming and going and she handle our situation and all the other inquiries with a smile on her face and never once got flustered or short or upset. I was incredibly impressed by her professionalism! Ruhi needs to be recognized by Enterprise, you have a top notch employee. If I was hiring people, she would be at the top of my list! Thank you for helping us today Ruhi.

  Don't rent from here if you're renting on a weekend because if you have a problem after 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday you're stranded till Monday morning. Especially if you're traveling out of town for an event and they can't do anything to help you because all their hands are tied. Why is this place closing at noon on a Saturday and not open again till Monday? This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of? You're offering a service that people use, often to relieve the stress of traveling, for important occasions or as a necessity and if your rental car is malfunctioning you're just screwed if it happens on a weekend. I'm so disappointed with this company and unfortunately they are the most major car rental company so there's not a lot of options out there. We called so many people and everybody's hands were tied because it was not in their policy to handle anything after 12:00 or 2:00 on a Saturday. Their best solution is " call the roadside assistance and if they have to tow it we can get you a car Monday morning and they could reimburse you for accommodations" but they don't think about people's jobs and responsibilities. Yes, car trouble happens but you can't get a replacement until Monday! That is why people rent cars, for the security of knowing if something goes wrong they could just phone and Enterprise will take care of you....and the will but two days after you have a problem and you can't get where you need to be! I don't think I'm wrong in expecting that if you have a problem with a rental vehicle it should be no questions asked, you should have a new car in front of you within 5 hours EVEN ON A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY! I don't care where your traveling to, there is an Enterprise nearby. You offer a service that requires you to be available for people 24/7. So ridiculous. I will say the staff that I talked to were all very kind and understanding BUT THAT DOESN'T GET A GIRL HOME! It's the company as a whole which is lacking severely. 24-hour roadside assistance is not good enough. You need to get people back on the road way quicker.
