  I am a regular customer. For the past couple of months, I wait way longer for a car than usual. One time almost 30 minutes. Things feel more disorganized lately. They're rushing and only high touch cleaning the car. They haven't had the car I want either. Last car was very uncomfortable and the car before didn't have washer fluid.

  Have no short-term memory? Imagine my embarrassment when I could not, for the life of me, remember my pin #. A call to my bank helped somewhat but I still had to reset at an ATM. It was Safa to the rescue! Absolutely a gem of a person. She arranged for a quick drive to a local bank and I was able to fix my pin and carry on. Not just friendly and professional she did indeed go 'the extra mile' . Thankyou so much Safa. Someone give this girl a raise!

  From the moment I checked in for my rental to the moment I checked out, the service I received from Safa was nothing short of world-class. I watched her master a high-pressure environment with total poise—balancing a lobby full of people while simultaneously managing several phone calls on the go. Even under that kind of stress, she stayed sharp, professional, and incredibly kind. Her energy had everyone smiling. What really set her apart from any service I've had in a really long long time, was her initiative. Rather than having me wait for a busy shuttle or a friend to come get me, she surprised me by securing an Uber so I could get on with my day. That level of intuitive service is rare. She is an absolute powerhouse and a credit to your organization. If there is a 'Gold Standard' for excellence in service, she is it. You have a total star on your team.

  I’ve had consistently amazing experiences with the team at Enterprise Grimsby! Brenden, the manager, and his entire staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and always go above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Every vehicle I’ve rented has been clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in delivering top-notch service. I’ve been using this location for the past few years and have never had a negative experience. Their customer service is always spot on, which is why I keep coming back. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a vehicle—you won’t be disappointed!

  I have the BEST story. I needed a rental while my car was being repaired at Grimsby Hyundai. Enterprise sent a car to pick me up and took me to the rental place. Awesome. When I got there, I found out my license was expired! Safa, the branch manager, offered to take me to Service Canada to renew it. Who does that!? So sweet. So, a driver drops me off AND picks me from from Service Canada after I sorted that mess out. While I was waiting for my rental vehicle to be ready, Safa overheard me talking yo another customer about her mini van. (As i am expecting our 2nd child and the SUV I have is quite small). She asked if I would likea mini van rental instead of the suv rental. She was JUST as excited as me about it. Her energy was contagious and made a bad day, fantastic. 11/10 Service to Safa and her entire team. Thank you so much.
