This could have been a pre existing crack but even if it wasn’t, the fact the company makes me pay for that is not cool. I didn’t ask to have to use a rental, someone hit my car and I needed a rental to get to work. And now I’m on the hook for 500 bucks. A windshield crack is just unlucky, I don’t think it’s fair to charge me for that. This isn’t a complaint about the service, the employees are just doing their job I just think this is so unfair. A national corporation can handle a few windshield cracks a year a lot easier than I can handle one. And the “coverage” they offered me at the beginning is really predatory, 20 bucks a day! My car has been in the shop since last week Monday, if I had paid that I would’ve already been 140 bucks in the hole, and the odds are more likely that nothing happens to the car. For all the people you scam out of these predatory coverage fees, you’d think you got some extra cash lying around to pay for the windshield. I get it if I was at fault for the damage, but that’s just not the case with a windshield crack.

What a wonderful experience - The staff were friendly, informative and very accommodating. They treated us very well and the vehicle was a pleasure to drive. My husband and I even enjoyed the service transport to and from the shop and had a great time chatting with Richard, the driver. If you want a place that treats you right, this is the place for you. Highly recommended.
