Both of the staff at the store took the time to make sure I got everything I needed. I've been to many parts stores over many years. I've experienced workers who won't take the time to look something up if it's not in their computer or don't have the knowledge. You won't find that at this carquest. What you will find, is a knowledgeable staff that will take the time to ensure you leave with the products you need for your automobile Bravo 5 stars

Took it back for warranty and waited 2 weeks for a call back to tell me the battery company won't replace it because it was due to freezing or over charging.. when i turned it in with a face charge of 13 volts. And in the middle of july. And the battery would start the car as long as it didnt sit longer then 3 hours. Garbage product & customer service.
