“You’re buying a used vehicle. What do you expect? Things are going to break. It’s not our fault.”
—Jason Scerri, General Manager, seven days after delivering a fully safetied and certified vehicle.
Within days of delivery, I experienced multiple serious mechanical and safety issues:
- Brake failure and non-functional emergency brake
- Botched repair of the brake booster (bolts not properly tightened, causing pressure loss)
- Camshaft issue (DTC code: P000C) causing acceleration failure and issues within the engine
- Exhaust leaking into the vehicle cabin
- Reoccurant exhaust leak
- Electrical short when using high beams (DTC code: B1632-11, B1636-11, B16FB-15, B16F7-15)
- Heating system issues (DTC code: B1F10-92)
- Clutch misalignment despite the vehicle being sold with a new clutch
- also have a few other DTC codes firing after a thorough inspection from a third party mechanic
When I raised safety concerns, I was dismissed, told I was being dramatic, and hung up on multiple times. Their initial solution was to push repairs through my extended warranty so it wouldn’t cost them anything. After repeatedly arguing with management, I dropped the vehicle off for repair and was then given the runaround and misinformation about when it would be ready.
Once repairs were completed, no one assisted with delivery, no ride was offered to retrieve the vehicle, and they refused to stay 30 minutes past closing to review the repairs with me (they knew I was coming from out of town) Instead, my keys were left in the vehicle in their parking lot and the staff went home.
I am now being ignored after formally requesting full service records to have transparency about my vehicles history.
Lastly, I strongly advise buyers to double-check the kilometers listed on their paperwork against the odometer at the time of sale. There was a difference of over 1,000 km on mine.
I would not recommend buying from this dealership. Choose a dealer that stands behind the quality of the vehicles they sell and the work they perform. My experience shows a focus on closing the sale, not customer safety or accountability.
Update: They replied saying someone would call - no one has reached out and I've continued to email requesting my service reports to no avail.

Patrick Mcglade, Was wonderful, he answered all of my questions and he was always communicating with me about the car!! If you speak French he’s also bilingual which helped me a lot as well!! I would recommend this place 100%!!

Purchased a vehicle from here nearly a year ago. Great service in person. Terrible over the phone as you will not get a callback even when told you will. Once they sell you a car it’s your problem I guess
