  Charge is doubled than most rental companies. I would avoid this place.

  Renting a vehicle from Enterprise at 2677 Bank St was a great experience overall. Carolina and Alisha were very polite, helpful, and enthusiastic. The vehicle that I was meant to pick up had been late to arrive, so I was offered an upgrade. One thing I'd like to mention; the interior was covered in frost for the first few mornings I had it. My guess is that the detailer didn't let the upholstery dry out properly so there was excess moisture inside the vehicle.

  Had to rent a car for about 8 days . The first car they gave me had an issue with the electric seat malfunctioning , but they quickly provided me with another vehicle. They followed up with me the next day to see if there were any issues. The return was seamless. Great and friendly service.

  It is really lack of employees and lack of management. Plus in middle if one process they attend the call and your process is stop. Even it is done but still need to wait for car pick up. Later, i have been provided Van which is good gesture but they could offer me earlier. As it is week day and no one can wait for long time. I rented for 2 weeks and also change my car to so, i feel overall experience was good.
