Very helpful guys all of them , amazing service
This was one of the most stressful and unacceptable customer service experiences I have ever had — made significantly worse by the fact that this rental was tied to an insurance claim following a motor vehicle accident with injuries.
From the beginning, Enterprise confirmed that the vehicle was provided through insurance. However, I was later told by the assistant manager, Shannon Turner, that Enterprise does not contact insurance companies and that I was responsible for resolving coverage issues myself.
I was explicitly told that someone must pay — either me or the insurance company — and that if insurance did not pay immediately, the balance could be charged to my credit card, since they had my card details on file. This was said despite the fact that I never authorized any out-of-pocket charges.
As a direct result of this pressure and lack of coordination, a $900 charge was placed on my credit card as a pending transaction, creating real financial stress while I was still recovering from injuries related to the accident.
To avoid further complications and threats of charges, I was forced to personally pay for the additional rental days, even though this rental was insurance-approved and the issue was clearly internal.
I later received written confirmation from my insurance adjuster that coverage had already been approved and that policy limits were lifted — proving that this situation was caused by Enterprise’s internal billing and communication failures, not by me.
At no point should an injured customer be placed in the middle of billing disputes or pressured with potential credit card charges due to Enterprise’s internal processes.
This experience demonstrates poor coordination, lack of accountability, and an unacceptable approach to customer handling — particularly in insurance-related rentals.
I strongly caution anyone using Enterprise for insurance claims: document everything and be prepared to protect yourself from improper charges.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Enterprise on Cryville road, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff — especially Isaac. From the moment I arrived, the level of customer service stood out. As I walked up, they intentionally went out of their way to open the door for me and warmly welcome me inside. It immediately set a positive tone.
Isaac was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire rental process. He took the time to clearly explain everything, made sure I understood all the details, and consistently checked in to see if I had any questions before I left. I never felt rushed or overlooked — he truly wanted to ensure I was comfortable and confident with my rental.
It’s rare to find this level of attentive, thoughtful customer service these days. The whole team created a welcoming environment, and Isaac in particular made the experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a hassle-free and genuinely pleasant rental experience.

Great employees that make a difference. Excellent service at this location!! I use Enterprise all the time and as you accumulate points you can use them for an upgrade or free rental. Prices are fair and sometimes surprisingly low. I've never had any issues there. There's also a gas station beside it for that last minute fill up.
