  I had to return 2 cars for issues. If it wasn't for the third car being an upgrade, I would have probably given two stars or one, maybe. The first car I received stank strongly of cigarette smoke. They didn't bother cleaning it before sending it out. Then i got a replacement. The key fob died as soon as I got home with that one, and hatd to return it. They didn't have a replacement battery. Third car was an upgrade and was clean and no issues. They guarantee clean and well maintained vehicles. That was not met.

  Great experience with this car rental. Zach was very helpful, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The car was clean and ready on time. I’d definitely recommend renting here and working with Zach again.

  We were given a Chevrolet Mailbu and told it had all-seaon tires and was able to go up to the mountains. However, we had multiple instances of getting stuck in literally 1-2 inches of snow and strangers having to help us push the car out. On the last day, we spent close to an hour trying to push the car from snow and were told that the tires are actually very worn out/summer tires. BTW we couldn’t even park the car in the enterprise parking lot as it once again go stuck/couldn’t go up 1 inch of snow. Even when trying to call the helpline, we had to listen to back to back advertisements and couldn’t even talk to an operator. Can’t imagine what it would be like if we were in an actual emergency. At first the staff was nice, but when we brought up our concerns they just brushed us off and charged us extra even though we explained that the delay was due to the car being stuck. Will not be renting an Enterprise car ever again.

  Really good I really appreciate the people who work here and trouble free experience for the most part. I might recommend that closer attention be paid to ensuring that there are no warning lights and maintenance is up-to-date before vehicles are released to customers.

  Enterprise at Cyrville Rd has been outstanding every time I’ve rented from them. The staff are friendly, professional, and always make the process smooth and stress‑free. The cars are clean, ready on time, and from time to time I’ve even received a free upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. What really impressed me is that they picked me up and dropped me off at my house, making the whole experience incredibly convenient.
