    It is really lack of employees and lack of management. Plus in middle if one process they attend the call and your process is stop. Even it is done but still need to wait for car pick up.

    This location is terrible. I was told they had full sized suv or truck, and they pick us up only to find out they have nothing even close. Do not go here it’s terrible they even told some lady that needed a replacement for a jeep that they had nothing equivalent, then gave her something small but then the staff realized that they did have something the correct size, and then openly discussed how they covered it up to the customer. Shady at best.

    Great staff at this location, but as is always with Enterprise they will not have the car you requested. I have had to deal with Enterprise on a few occasions and this happens every time. Not sure why they bother to take a car choice when making a reservation.
