  I had a late flight that was running 30 minutes late and would arrive at 1:15 AM. My reservation was made with my flight information pre-submitted. Their counter closes at 1:00 AM and I called them at 11:30 PM to give them a heads up, and I was told it is Enterprise policy to wait for 2 hours after my flight lands if I had the flight information on my reservation (which they confirmed I had), and that I would be able to pick up the car as soon as I landed because they would wait for me. Well, when I landed and got to the counter, it was closed. I walked to the parking lot, and that counter was closed too. Called their phone line, and all the person in the call centre could offer was for me to come back at 7 AM. Enterprise and National have always stood by this policy at other airports when my flight was delayed, but this location seems to run by its own rules.

  Enterprise made the whole rental process simple and stress free. The staff was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. The vehicle was clean, well maintained, and ready on time. Pickup and return were both quick and efficient. Overall, a smooth experience and I would confidently rent from them again.

  I was traveling in winter conditions, so I specifically selected (and paid extra for) an AWD SUV for peace of mind. When I arrived at the airport, there was a long lineup, so I understood that staff were busy and not especially patient. However, when I received my keys and realized I had been assigned a Nissan Kicks (which I remembered as being FWD only), I immediately asked whether the vehicle was AWD. I was told that it was. When I reached the parking lot, I noticed the car didn’t have an AWD badge. I asked another staff member there to confirm, and was again told that some vehicles simply don’t have a badge. After a quick Google search, I learned that some 2025 Nissan Kicks models do offer AWD, so I decided to trust them and proceed. I drove cautiously for the entire rental. It wasn’t until months later, while reviewing my photos today, that I realized I had actually been given a 2025 Nissan Kicks Play SV FWD (confirmed by its VIN number). In other words, I paid for an AWD vehicle and received an FWD AND was incorrectly assured twice. During the initial key handoff, the staff should have been able to see the details in their system, which made this especially disappointing. The two stars are for the convenient location and the smooth drop-off process. Unfortunately, I would personally avoid renting from this location again.
