    If I had time to write a sitcom show for Netflix, I would write the "The Office" adjacent but at a car rental company. Enterprise on 5553 Dundas St W, particularly Tanya, is de-escalation queen. All of the characters that rolled in on Saturday last minute (including me), all with different stories and car needs made this experience hilariously entertaining. I really hope the shy (and kind hearted) 20 year old Indian male who had his first day of his job in Kitchener is ~thriving~. We all left super happy with our vehicles :) Thank you to the Enterprise crew who hustles throughout winter, cleaning and filling the tanks.

    The girl there on the wknds has got to be the most professional person i have met in all the locations I have been to so easy and fast service makes me come back again to this location I am now upgrading my review and the guy's there too are also hard workers my apology.

    The experience was very positive. The staff was very polite, responsive and quick. There was no upsell pressure that I experienced at the Hamilton location last summer. The suv was pretty decent (2023) The only thing was it was not washed and vacuumed but I think it just came back from another rental and it seemed like they were very busy and were short on available vehicles. I would use this location again.

    I will never rent a car from this place again. I waited for over two weeks and they haven't refunded my money. They said they sent a check, but they haven't sent anything. I call them and they say they'll call back, but they never do. If there were a 0-star rating, I would give it to you.
